RECORD - The Derogation Decision Register

RECORD is the tool that allows NRAs and other relevant authorities to maintain a register of all derogations they have granted or refused in accordance with the connection network codes. Also available in RECORD are derogation criteria as specified by the NRA, or other authority where applicable in a Member State.
