Comment
The default cost and the operating assumptions of the tool for an alkaline electrolyser were used for the calculations apart from grid fees in Germany which were set to zero. For the grid electricity supply case the tool calculation assumes operation of the electrolyser during the least expensive 4,000 hours of the year. Cost and electricity source-related date refer to 2024.
